One of the most modern methods in alloys synthesis and conductive materials, is controlling their solidification process. In melt spinning technology, this controlling of solidification is applied and by maintaining cooling temperature at 4^10 to 6^10 (°K/Sec) it becomes possible to produce such materials-alloys synthesis etc.

In the method mentioned above, metals are melted in ceramic melting crucibles, then are injected on a steel or copper roller which is cooled by water or nitrogen. The melted materials become cool so fast and the result is the products in the form of thin ribbons that are 10 μm to 20 μm in thickness.
