Heat Treatment Induction Furnaces

In some industries, metals need to undergo a heating process in order to gain proper physical features and functions. Heating process, which is important, is one of the branches of metallurgy. Since induction furnaces make it possible to control temperature level to the needed depth, and also influence crystal texture of metals well, they are a useful tool for engineers in metallurgy.

In recent years, induction furnaces are being used more than before. In some cases, because of producing less pollution, fast speed surface heating, controlling depth of heat, and fast operating (fast turning on and turning off). They are more preferable than salt bath, carburizing, and nitrating.

Scanning Machine

Vertical scanning machines used for hardening and tempering pars are produced in two types: single or double axes. These machines are equipped with HMI and PLC with Persian menu, and also, hardening parameters can be programmed on them.

Features of scanning machines

  • Controlling the power through HMI monitor
  • Regulating line speed through HMI monitor
  • Regulating the rotational speed
  • Planning and determining the duration of process
  • Monitoring the situation of inductor electronically
  • Regulating different powers already programmed on scale
  • Controlling all processes needed in hardening
  • Programming different parameters specific for each item

Since hardening furnaces are designed and produced at the request of customers, please contact the sales department for more information.
